How to Brew The Perfect Coffee
Add Coffee Powder: Place 2-3 tablespoons of Thotada Coffee into the upper chamber of the filter.
Pour Boiling Water: Slowly add hot water and close the lid.
Wait for Decoction: Allow 15 minutes for the coffee to drip into the lower chamber.
Mix & Froth: Pour the decoction into a cup, add hot milk, and sweeten as needed.
Serve & Enjoy: Pour back and forth between a davarah & tumbler for a frothy, flavorful experience.
Pro tip: For authentic South Indian flavor, use fresh, full-cream milk and jaggery as a sweetener alternative.
